Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures don't really match the room. It's outdated and smaller than it appears. Hardly any water pressure, especially the sink. The bathroom has some water damage to the walls. For what you pay, it'll work given how close it is to the beach. But a little more money would give you at least a one bedroom and be better for a week. It's cramped for 2. Pool was nice but needed umbrellas as all but 2 were broke. Beach access was great. Need to clean up though where you wash your feet from sand as it's all sand and defeats the purpose.

This was a solo mom-cation. The room was clean and well stocked. The bathroom had fresh towels. I was seconds from sitting on the beach with a cold beer and no kids. It was perfect.

You really can’t beat the location. Right on the beach and walkable to a few restaurants that were great. The studio we rented was just too tight for us. We didn’t think about having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. We will stay at this resort again but in a one bedroom.

They have done a remarkable job with the cleanup after the storm but there were a few maintenances issues that had to brought to their attention. Once they were notified, they did resolve all our issues.

Cruddy grout, toilet seat paint off. Plenty of towels, and bed was fine. The grounds of the property were very nice and beach area, pool area clean.

This place is amazing!! We love it here. This is our 2nd year coming and both times were perfect. Wonderful property with Wonderful view and right at the beach. They provide beach equipment plus have mini golf, shuffleboard, and a heated pool which makes it more nice. Quiet peaceful little island and everyone is soooo friendly. The lady at the office is always really nice and helpful. Just mins away from Bradenton and Sarasota. We had a perfect week there again and will definitely be back next year. Perfect place for all ages. Dont come here if its hard for you to leave and go back home bc this place will make you wanna stay!!!
