The space

This beautifully refreshed unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably and offers a seamless blend of beach charm and modern convenience. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and direct patio access. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with updated tile and fixtures.

The open-plan living area features a full-size sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and ample space to unwind after a day in the sun. Step outside to your private patio—perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee or relaxing to the gentle ocean breeze in the evening.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo and shared access to all Castle Reef amenities.

Other things to note

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

WASHER/DRYER: There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but guest-use laundry facilities are available on even-numbered floors throughout the building.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, including a 5-cup drip coffee maker, cookware, and dishes.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Early Check-In:
$50 add-on (3:00 pm instead)
$75 add-on (2:00 pm instead)

Late Check-Out:
$100 add-on (11:00 am instead)
$150 add-on (12:00 pm instead)

In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.

We do not accept bookings from guests rated below 4 stars. Guests with ratings between 4 and 4.5 stars will require approval from management.

Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!
