It has a bathroom with a shower, an electric water heater, and a hairdryer. It also has an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room, equipped with a microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, and everything you need to cook. – Calle Nueva:It is located in an old building in the historic area of the city, which has an elevator. Situated on a street that perfectly preserves the buildings of 19th-century Malaga, highlighting the value of several of them. It is one of the most important streets in the city, next to the charming Plaza de las Flores and Calle Larios, which runs parallel to it. The pleasant views of the city from the apartment's many windows stand out.

It is a step away from all monuments and museums (a one-minute walk from the Carmen Thyssen Museum and a 4-minute walk from the Picasso Museum). It also has supermarkets, fashion boutiques, and the most popular restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and the central bus and train stations.

THE SURROUNDINGS: Being on one of the most important and vibrant streets in the city, it is a very busy area. This excellent location to enjoy the historic center could be bothersome for people especially sensitive to bustle, particularly during weekends or holidays.

HOT WATER: Water is heated by an electric water heater. To ensure all guests can enjoy a comfortable shower at the ideal temperature, we recommend leaving about 40 minutes between showers so the system can fully reheat the water.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

CHECK-IN: Arrivals at the accommodation are from 15:00, but we strive to welcome our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: We will be delighted to welcome your pet. Owners will be responsible for their well-being and any damage. A small fee of €20 for the entire reservation is charged to offset the special disinfection cleaning we perform for future allergic guests. We can prepare a small bed and food/water bowls if you need them, upon request.
