Located on the second floor of a historic palace from 1800, home of the architect Giuseppe Mengoni (designer of the Vittorio Emauele Gallery in Milan). View of a large and silent interior garden with large trees. Restructured again in December 2016. High ceilings 4.50 mt, high level finishings and great attention to detail, original wooden beams.

Stayed Sep 1, 2024The apartment was literally minutes from the historical area in Bologna. It was clean, modern, quiet, a comfortable bed & pillows & the shower was hot. Everything I would look for in a vacation home away from home. Roberto was very pleasant & helpful. My 12 day stay in Bologna was fantastico!

Stayed Apr 20, 2023This is the second time we have stayed at Roberto's Apt. The Apt. is in a perfect location for sightseeing in Bologna, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Shopping is an easy walk if that's your thing. There are a few music venues in the neighbourhood ranging from Classical to Jazz. The Apt. itself is the quiet, comfortable bed and a kitchen which we used for dinners from time to time. We would not only return to Bologna for the beautiful city it is, we would without a doubt stay at Roberto's Apt. again. Thank you Roberto for making our return trip to Bologna such a great experience Ken & Terry

Stayed Mar 26, 2023This property was the best VRBO rental I've experienced, It matched everything I wanted and hoped for in a short term rental, with terrific location and all-around comforts, including a washing machine. If there is one drawback, it might be that someone with mobility issues could have difficulty navigating the steps up to the apartment. But I'm 80, in good condition and didn't have any problem at all with that aspect. Roberto was just as available and attentive a renter as he needed to be. All the info needed for a pleasant stay was provided, detailing restaurants, services, etc.
