Bright and Inviting Space- Great Location!

The property was great, as well as the host. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the charm and decor touches. Great location. There is a grocery store one or two blocks behind the property and down the road. You must try the tasty freeze, local soft serve! My husband and I are both tall, however we managed around fine. This place was just perfect for our trip. Would stay here again next time in Colorado Springs! Thank you!

My wife and I had a great stay at the Fox Den. Katie and Bryan were both very nice when we ran into them in person. All of the other reviews accurately rated this VRBO. The only detail I would add is that the family is staying above the basement. There is some running around you hear from the kids. That being said, the family is quiet by 7pm. It really didn’t bother my wife and I at all, just something to keep in mind if you’re planning on just staying in the VRBO. The VRBO is extremely well stocked, and well thought out. You can tell that Katie really puts time and effort into the place. Also the location in relation to Colorado Springs, and Garden of the gods is GREAT. My wife and I would definitely stay here again if we are in Colorado Springs.

I was very pleased with my stay. The property was just what i expected from the listing. It was very clean. Property owners were pleasant and helpful and had a nice binder with recommendations of different things to do. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again in the future.

Our stay at The Fox Den was, for the most part, great. Great location - close to a wide variety of activities, sights, restaurants, etc. Very clean and inviting, with many thoughtful amenities (bathroom amenities, fully-functional kitchen, a filled Brita water pitcher waiting in the fridge, Keurig machine and pods, environmentally-friendly soaps, etc.). Easy private entrance. Easy parking. The apartment is located in the basement of a beautiful older house that the hosts live in. During our stay the house itself was also rented out, and the guests upstairs were a little noisy, particularly early in the morning. Apparently the hosts only rent the upper part of the house out once a year, so we just happened to be there during that time. If it hadn't been for the early-morning noise we would've given a full 5-star review.

This property was very clean and super cute. The owners were a lovely family. They answered our questions quickly. The ceilings were low but not an issue for my husband or I.

My daughters and I stayed a week in this apartment. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The details to match the name were a wonderful touch. I really liked the historic neighborhood as it was quaint, convenient, and most importantly safe. The ceilings are low, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. It is a basement apartment with a family living above, but we were there to eat breakfast, leave for the day, and come back to shower and sleep. I would stay here again.

The location was easy to find and it was located in a well-kept, older, classy neighborhood. Our host communicated with us where to park and entranced instruments. The VRBO aka The Fox Den was clean, bright and welcoming. We very much enjoyed the binder of places to eat, breweries, coffee shops and things to do that the locals enjoy. Comfortable big bed, and nice kitchen area. The ceiling height is alittle low but that didn't bother us. We would stay here again.
