The apartment itself was fantastic. Very well set up. Would have loved to be able to stay there except for the access to the apartment itself. Being unable to walk very well the hundreds of steps from the square to the apartment were difficult to navigate. So it was quite a physical seat to get to and from the apartment. Other than that, it was a great stay the apartment is located, which is more preferable for younger people or people without any physical mobility issues.

We had a fantastic week in Vivian's apartment. The apartment was clean and a cool hideaway in the midday heat. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenage children. Perfectly located in the old town right by the amphitheatre.Vivian is really nice and helpful. Thanks for a great holiday! Translate a conversation

Very good place for exploring the old town (Terracina) and restaurants The only downside is the many stairs and unevens pavements involved.... No fire escape provided in flat but there is a fire blanked provided, be aware Mauro

The property is in a great medieval location for anyone who has an interest in history. There are many quaint restaurants and shops within walking distance and the beach and town area is within walking distance as well. The apartment is very clean, well appropriated, and well stocked with any neccessary supplies. The only hesitation would be if someone was physically challenged because from the square to the front door of the apartment it is a climb of 96 steps(my granddaughter counted) and parking is wherever you can find it in the street. For us, this was not an issue. Overall, we very much loved our stay and Vivian is an outstanding hostess.

The flat is very generous, perfect for 4 guests, one can see that the landlady is a skilled interior designer. She was also very nice and tried to make our stay very pleasant for us. The location is in the historic city center, one has to climb many stairs to get there (which keeps you fit), and the beach is within walking distance. There is a nicely managed beach (white beach) where you can get an umbrella and chairs, the sea is clear and clean, there are supermarkets and grocery stores as well as cafes and restaurants close by. We can truly recommend the place.

The apartment was so lovely, beautifully decorated and spacious with all the things we needed for our stay for 4 nights. The location was fab being right next to the old town square and only a couple of minutes walk to a few restaurants and a grocery shop. The beach was about 15 minutes away and was lovely, not too busy and lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at the sunset, but to get an even better view would recommend climbing the hill up to the temple for an exceptional view!! Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely be considering coming back on our next holiday.

I am almost tempted not to write, because if too many people would know how wonderful this place is, it would be impossible to reserve in the future. The views are even better as in the photos, and the apartment feels like home from the first moment...Vivian's attention to detail is impressive. In the morning one can hear the voices of women working in a nearby kitchen, in the evening the nuns pray and sing softly. It is Italy the way you've dreamed of it. We were there in the high season, and something was always going on evenings in the piazza below. There are nice beaches in Terracina, but with a car we could also explore Sabaudia and Sperlonga as well as make sightseeing trips to Rome and the Naples area (Vesuvius, Pompeii, Capri, etc.) The only caution is that the views come at a price. People with mobility problems might be better off elsewhere since the historical center is all stairs. If you are not fit when you arrive, you will be when you leave. We are already thinking about our next trip. We already know where we want to stay.
