Stayed Aug 17, 2025We had a large group and wanted a place where we could all stay together close to Venice beach. This was ideal for us, since we could walk to the beach and up to Abbot Kinney for food and shopping. There is also a liquor store and pizza place and other restaurants a short walk away. The rooms and living area are spacious and clean and comfortable to hang out in. After being out most of the day, it was nice to have a place to order in and hang out in the evenings.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Everything was really nice. No AC and fans not working. Hot tub on roof not usable. But a real nice location close to everything. Would stay again.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Our group felt right at home, in their own private rooms and a space large enough for family gathering. Justin responded immediately to all our needs. His team acted quickly with extra towels, hairdryers and extra kitchen supplies. Condo is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect for our group! Would book again, even with lots of steps to the third floor unit. No need for a gym for your cardio workout.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Located about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nice size garage (parks 2), which is unusual. Beds were good, kitchen table perfect size for 6 of us to play cards.
