Bright 2BR Oceanside Condo W/Ocean Views

Train rolling by can be annoying. 2 minute walk to beach is awesome! Easy check in and host was nice and friendly. Everything you need to cook and bath except cooking oil and shampoo.

We had a wonderful experience, Carol was very helpful, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, ocean could be seen from kitchen window all around a great stay, and would definitely stay again

Our recent stay at this condo was perfect—view and sounds of the ocean nearby made it soo relaxing. Loved having the full kitchen.It's conveniently near everything, from beaches to shops and dining.Host Carol was outstanding, responsive and welcoming—we can't wait to visit again!

This property worked for our needs, but it did not match the images on the website. The beds were comfortable but the frames they were on were very noisy any time you moved. Also, we could not use the air conditioning until day 2 when a repair man came and fixed it. Overall, happy with my stay.

Great location, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. There is a flight of stairs to go up to get to the front door. Kitchen is well equipped to cook in however, most Vrbo’s I’ve stayed in has basic cooking/baking supplies(seasonings, oils, cooking spray, sugar, etc) there was only salt and pepper so we did have to buy a lot to be able to cook. Also, there is a Keurig but no pods so we had to get our own pods to have coffee. But overall it was a great stay and would stay again. Carol was great to work with!

Carol is a great host. Her place is very clean. We love that it is close to the beach.

*AVOID*. In desperate need of a deep clean! Unit shown in pictures was not what was provided. Mold on the Air Split, grime and mold on the shower curtains, dirty windows, dirty keurig, everything covered in dust. Entire place and bedding smelled musty.Checked in, stayed an hour evaluating if we could tolerate it or not, then checked out. Owner did not return messages during the reservation time, took 5 days to respond! Now disputing that the place was dirty , despite evidence provided to both her and Vrbo. Charged for the entire stay and STILL waiting for resolution almost a month later. AVOID

Cute apartment. There are stairs to climb - wish I would’ve known. Internet - sucks- lots of lag. Beds were ok - could use an update. Apartment is good location. 4 of us stayed and was comfortable.

The unit we were in was very nice. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Good furniture. Washer and dryer in house.Our issues involved the very noisy neighborhood, steep stairs(we are older), and not having a working TV.

We loved our stay! We were able to keep all the windows open and get that fresh ocean air. Walking distance to the beach and good little places to eat too! Would stay here again. Close to train which worries me but honestly it wasn’t too bad!

Great home base for the area! We didn’t spend much time at the home because of our itinerary but when we were there it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds which is always a plus! Would stay again if available for future travel.

A quaint location with easy access to the beach and transportation to all of the sights in southern California. Carol, the owner, is highly invested in making sure you enjoy your stay and is always around to address any issues, or simply to sit and talk. Surfing beach is 3 blocks away, swimming beach and the pier is a 10-15 minute walk, necessary shopping is a 5 minute drive, and walking into the center of town is a 10 minute walk. A well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook, plenty of restaurants of every caliber right in town. A good base from which to enjoy all of the beauty of the San Diego area.

It's a cute older 2br 1ba only 2 blocks to the beach. Carol was very attentive and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Both beds were great.The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances. I would stay here again for sure!

We had a lovely stay here. Our host was wonderful and helpful. We did notice a bit of a smell. Some reviews commented on train sounds, which we only heard when windows were open. We were just maybe two blocks from the ocean! We would totally stay here again!

The day before host contacted me indicating the furniture will be different than what’s in the pic due to previous tenant trashed the place, upon arriving I noticed a thrift store invoice on the table with no date or anything as I start inspecting the place I realize the ceiling fans are different from the pics , there’s no ocean view you see roof tops and the kitchen sink is different from the pics, so it’s not the same . You hear the train all night so you’ll get no sleep. The only convience, is the walk to the beach. I believe the host carol would get better feedback if she was honest and posted true pics of the condo so people aren’t suprised,and reactive upon arriving. Also I got a message after I left indicating that the couch she purchased couldn’t fit thru the door. It really made me question things knowing she told me the previous tenant trashed the place and broke the furniture by phone. Going back and reading reviews I found the previous tenant left after one night due to noise and misrepresentation of the condo.

We had to leave because of how the place smelled and it was not cleaned properly. Our first night we hardly slept due to the high noise and people smashing rocks through the landlords garage which ricocheted off and chipped our windshield. This listing pictures does not represent what we got.
