Great property to stay with proximity to everything you need, and a safe neighborhood to walk all times of the day. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment itself was spacious and had a nice kitchen to prepare meals. I would recommend to all considering a stay in East Boston!

The place was super clean, full kitchen and has everything one can need.Location is excellent close to the airport and the water.Hosts are awesome and communication was great. I would come back next time I'm in Boston.

Room for improvement:Somewhat convenient to subway but does take about a 15min walk.Safety & quality of neighborhood, while improving, isn’t quite there yet.Minimal towels were initially provided for travel party of 4 however, host quickly resolved.No central heat & air. 3 Window AC units DID cool the apartment quickly but were loud so if you’re a light sleeper, this might be a problem.Unit itself is dated & small but you can tell host tried to make use of limited space. Very thin walls within the unit mean you can hear conversations happening in other rooms of the unit. The positive: Host was very quick in response to communication.Host quickly remedied insufficient towel provisions upon check-in.Host was kind enough to allow us to store luggage inside building after checkout so we could enjoy sight-seeing prior to flight leaving.

Three of us from college met up for an extended weekend in the area. Getting to stay in a neighborhood densely populated with Boston triple-deckers and with a steep set of stairs from one unit to the other (we were on the 2nd floor) in our building was an east coast experience all its own for us! And the space inside the unit was more spacious than we had anticipated with many of the amenities we were glad to have. Pier Park was a suggested 5 minute walk down the street and we were so glad to have fit it in... wow, what a beautiful outdoor space near the water for so many to enjoy!

A super cute, well-maintained apartment, tucked away in a revamped neighbourhood. Very close to get to the T and the view from the pier park just down the road was incredible!! Food in nearby area was delicious (we ate out one night and had pizza from Santarpios another night). Highly recommend this location. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Difficult to locate. Steep, narrow stairs to access. No “waterfront” in sight. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Host was super!

The apartment was very clean and a short walk to the Blue Line. It gave us good access into the city. The property owners communicated very efficiently before and during the trip. It helped make our first trip to Boston memorable. They even recommended an excellent park nearby with a view of the city. Thanks!!

Clean apartment as advertised! Cute books and puzzles for our son to enjoy. Lots to do nearby (walks, views, parks, playgrounds, restaurants, markets, bakeries), and a reasonable walk to public transportation! We easily took the commuter rail to New England Aquarium and enjoyed the Quincy Market afterwards. Playground about 1 min walk that our son enjoyed. Host was very responsive and provided tips for the trip! Would return! :)

Always found parking on the street. Cool real people neighborhood. Reece and Karen couldn't have been more accomodating. Family of 5. Loved our stay.

Cute renovated apartment in east Boston. Nice little touches such as coffee, tea and bathroom products. Beds were comfortable. About an 8-10 minute walk to/from the subway station. It did look like there was some street parking available on the weekend if you bring a car. Only stayed for one night, but enjoyed our stay.

The host provided the necessary information and was responsive. The place was clean. We had a good stay.

Everything was wonderful. Everything in the place was charming, practical, intentional, and thoughtful. Our 4-year niece loved the children books, and we loved the charm and cleanliness of the place. We'll definitely recommend!

The apartment was practical for our stay in Boston. Having two bedrooms was convenient, the bedding was fine, and the location was a manageable walk (about five blocks) to the train station, which made getting around easy. It worked well enough for our needs as first-time visitors to the city.

The property is located in an old building, but the apartment itself is nicely decorated and very clean. It was hot during our stay, but there are room air conditioners in each room. The owners always responded quickly whenever I messaged them. It's located in a perfect location, especially if you are spending time near the harbor. We took an Uber from the airport because of our luggage, but it's only a couple miles away. It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the pier. When we wanted to go to downtown Boston, we simply walked to the ferry. It was only 2.40/person each way. We were leaving on a cruise out of Boston Harbor, so it was conveniently located near the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is conveniently located right next to the Boston airport and was just a quick trip to all the activities we wanted to do in the area. Reece & Karen were very responsive and helpful in getting us in and out seamlessly. Appreciated the option to store our luggage before and after our stay.
