Stayed Mar 11, 2026Misleading Listing, Unsafe Conditions, and Zero Accountability. Our experience with this property was deeply disappointing. The neighborhood felt sketchy from the moment we arrived, the outdoor areas were littered with trash, toys, and even rat traps placed along the sidewalk leading to the units. None of this was mentioned in the listing. The property description also failed to disclose the extremely steep staircase required to access the upstairs unit. The stairs were filthy—covered in what appeared to be rodent droppings, candy wrappers, and general debris. Despite this, the unit had a strict “no shoes inside” rule, which only added to the discomfort given the condition of the entryway. Before we even reached the door, residents approached us to warn that the building had been without hot water for 4 days. They also explained that a roof leak had burned out an electrical panel and that a replacement part was supposed to arrive on Friday, March 13th. WE did not check-in. When we stopped by again on Saturday, March 14th on our way to AT&T Stadium, Mona (also referred to as “MOMA”) informed us that the part still had not arrived. At that point, we requested a refund. The listing was misleading, key safety and access issues were not disclosed, and the unit had no hot water—an essential amenity. The management company claimed they were only responsible for the “indoors,” which is unacceptable given that the problems began before we even stepped inside. No response from the mgt
