Stayed Aug 11, 2025A lovely spot very close to town. Beautiful river flowing next to the mill. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and living area and the kitchen has everything you need. A very pleasant stay. Only issue was the significant road noise from early in the morning until into the evening.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025Great location close to Settle town centre and Booths. Nice views of the river and the hills from the windows.However, it is very noisy with lorries driving by very frequently from early in the morning. The bathroom wasn't very clean and no toiletries such as shower gel or shampoo. Not enough glasses for people to drink from. The rug in the living room could do with a clean as it smells. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. The bedroom next to the living room has some mould/black marks in the built-in wardrobe. The flat was uncomfortably warm which can't be adjusted and you can't have the windows open because of the noise from the lorries!
