Stayed Jul 27, 2025From the moment I entered the driveway I knew this was going to be a special place! The landscaping, pavers, and gardens were absolutely beautiful! I was met by the host who immediately made me feel at ease and welcomed. Upon entering the property I was floored by the design, functionality, and quality of the craftsmanship! Vaulted ceilings with perfect lighting guided you through this spacious carriage house. Surprises around every corner! A unique table top seating area, office space with closable barn door connecting into the master bedroom! And deck off master bedroom with seating and a grill!! From here you had your choice of ocean views or a spectacular marshy preserve! A beautiful beach awaits you across the road! Not a mob scene like other nearby beaches but a perfect blend of families and quiet beach walkers. Beach chairs, towels and even a surfboard are provided for the more adventurous guests! Bari and Michael represent the best of what is out there for Air B&B/VRBO hosts: They put great care into everything they do from the house and how it is perfectly appointed to the communication and service they provide! I told all my friends and family this is a 10 star home and location!!!! Twice as good as any Air B&B I have ever attended! For an even better experience book midweek like I did and avoid the crowds! Stayed Jun 17, 2023This property is in a lovely spot. Ample beach access with lots of activities to enjoy like beach yoga, paddle boarding , surfing, and beach walks. Although our trip included more rain than sun the space has gorgeous ocean view to still feel that beach vibe between the raindrops and 20 minutes from shopping in the seaport!
