This property sits on a hill, just 1,700 ft (0.32 miles) off Grace Bay beach, which is regularly ranked the best beach in the world. It is also centrally located, close to Providenciales’ most important services. Just 780 ft (0.15 miles) away is the largest supermarket, and it is within a five minute drive of everything else: Graceway Plaza is a five-minute walk, with two dozen or so businesses, including a bank, a liquor store, a café, a phone company, and a bookstore; within aminute’s drive (or a 13-minute walk) are several beachfront resorts (with in-house restaurants), TCI’s National Environmental Centre (with exhibits on local animals and flora), and a beachfront park. The same park is home to the popular Thursday Night Fish Fry, celebrating local culture and cuisine. It is a must attend event for tourists looking to experience local culture, or if you just want to have some fun.

The Regent Village and Saltmills shopping centers are a five-minute drive, while Turtle Cove Marina, with a number of restaurants, is less than a three-minute drive. We strongly recommend a car rental for a broader, more authentic, and more fulfilling Island experience, and it is a must for guests choosing a villa over a beachfront resort experience, although a handful of guests chose not to rent a vehicle and still enjoy their stay.

Our accommodations
This property enjoys ocean views from the living area and the balcony. It is tastefully furnished with a full kitchen, full size front load Samsung washer/dryer, Kohler fixtures, air-conditioning and Hunter ceiling fans throughout, and an outdoor terrace with a pergola. It represents unmatched value.

This property is unique because it is more private than a resort (it is enclosed by a four to five-foot wall with gated access), but there are multiple villas adjacent to each other, ensuring that there is usually someone on site. There is also a caretaker and concierge generally on site to assist, from 8 am to 6 pm, an unheard-of amenity at this price range. The property is also well lit at night, with an array of security cameras and motion sensors at strategic locations throughout the grounds. We put a strong emphasis on your safety and security.

Pricing for accommodation, groups, and long term stays:
Our prices vary depending on the time of year and the number of guests. We discount our rates by $15.00 a day, per person, for each person less than the maximum capacity, to pass on savings from energy, cleaning, and wear and tear.

Our calendars and the pricing on our online listings are always current, so guests should rely on the listing particulars to calculate the price to travel on their desired dates. We have enabled and encourage automatic booking, but should interested guests have questions we aim to provide a quick, informative, and accurate response. We aim to ensure you make and informative decision, including that you book elsewhere when this property is not the ideal match. If guests are staying three weeks or more outside of high season (ie Christmas and all major U.S. holidays), we offer discounts on our standard rates, with the amount of the discount depending on the length of stay and the date of the proposed travel.

Optional amenities:
A Jeep Grand Cherokee sports utility vehicle and a 28’ Pursuit Sports Fishing boat (with two 225 hp outboard engines) are available at discounted rates, 25% off prevailing commercial rates. Smaller and more affordable Japanese market vehicles are available at much cheaper rates from car rental companies on Island. Our fishing boat has to be booked at least two weeks in advance, and must be hired with a captain for a minimum of a half day excursion. Rental of both the boat and the vehicle are strictly subject to availability and liability waivers.

The property is provided clean on check-in, with a fresh supply of towels and linens, as well as starter laundry, kitchen detergents, and basic toiletries. For persons staying for a week or more a once a week light cleaning is included in the price during the Winter (late December to early April), with daily cleaning available at additional rates.

    Very nice place centrally located. We did experience siting a cockroach in the kitchen the day before we left. I attempted to notify the manager but not sure if he got the message. It’s difficult to control that on the islands and I’m sure they will address it

    All good except the TV. The directions in the manual for the property for the TV did not describe the complicated process required. With help on the phone I was able one time to view the TV but not thereafter. Very frustrating!!

    Booking, payment, and check out were all easy & fine. The issues were some digital things. We did not recieve the email 2 days in advance with the door code. Apparently this is supposed to be an automated email but that did not work and we had to contact property manager on site. The first number listed on the contact list was someone no longer affiliated with the property. Second number worked but they insisted the code must have been sent- They finally agreed to log in and have the system send an email and they texted the code promptly and we got in no problem after. The unit was nice, clean, functional and totally as expected and advertised. Then out of the blue on our second night there the indoor alarm system goes off as we are getting ready to go out for dinner!! Screeching piercing alarm — long story short the alarm system armed itself once more during our stay and intermittently took itself offline over the week with no action or initiation from us. We were very responsive & communicative with the property group but we really did not enjoy the idea or thought of it going off unprovoked or the idea of being monitoring indoors! We think it was the WiFi honestly as it was sketchy in our unit. - It was too slow to run Instagram and we had to keep switching from cellular to WiFi for various basic phone functions - WiFi for email cellular for social media,etc…We had gorgeous weather and didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit- we appreciated the beach chairs & cooler a lot!

    Easy access to main roads, 10 min drive to shops and restaurants, property was clean and everything worked. Communication w property manager prompt, had a great stay, plenty of linens, comfortable king bed, and pleasant patio, outside road noise from leeward Hwy but quiet at night

    Second floor rooms offer a much nice view of the ocean off in the distance. Drive to beach which isn't anywhere as nice as Grace Bay beach which we thought was worth the extra 5 minute to use. Overall a good value stay if longer than the two nights we were there because of the high cleaning fee.

    The property was not near the beach, but at least a mile away. The boxspring by the head of the bed was broken and caused me neck pain. It was fixed after 3 days. It was missing the 3rd remote control to make the TV work, although we were told there were only 2 remote controls. The bedroom and kitchen shutters could not be open, so it was dark. The blender was broken when we got there, but they did give us another one.
