Brand New Luxurious 2 BR Rental Unit in Syracuse

We spent four nights at this great place. We really have no complaints!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zoma’s lovely home. I’m a Syracuse local, and I needed a place to work and sleep for a couple of weeks while some renovations were being done on my home office. It was quiet, peaceful, and cozy, full of natural light, and had everything I needed to be able to get some work done, including a lovely little desk in one of the bedrooms. You couldn’t ask for a better location, either, as it is minutes away from Syracuse University, downtown, and within easy range of any delivery you could want as well. I’d highly recommend a stay at Zoma’s for anyone visiting Syracuse!

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The whole place is well decorated, bedrooms with large comfortable beds, clean and efficient kitchen. Good neighborhood. Parking, and easy communication with the manager. I’d go back

This was a perfect quiet neighborhood apartment to use as our home base while visiting Syracuse University. Convenient to everyone we wanted to see and everything we wanted to do. Would happily stay here again.

My friend and I stayed at Zoma's place for an extended time, and it was a great experience. She is an awesome host and was easy to reach if we needed anything. The neighborhood is really lovely and an ideal location for the places we visit. My friend and I also felt very safe even when coming back late. Everything you need is also available in the unit. Whether you are looking to stay short-term or long-term, Zoma's place is ideal.

The host was very helpful and communicative, but the space had not been properly cleaned before our arrival so it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. The property allows pets so anyone with allergies should not stay there as not all pet hair can be cleaned from pillows, etc. Very helpful host and a cute space, but not a great experience for us unfortunately.

Duplex was super cute, very clean and within driving distance to the university. The beds were comfy, although i think they were full size, not queen. Kitchen was cute and well supplied. We had everything we needed for the time we were there. The driveway was tight, so glad we rented a small car. Overall a great place to stay!!
