Stayed Jul 9, 2025This is a new, beautiful and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom one bathroom house with a really nice big yard. Owner was very responsive and We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property in Oak Bluffs. Usually, what you see advertised is sometimes not what you get; however, this was not the case. This property was almost exactly as advertised, a brand new, beautiful 2-bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with ample parking, a patio with enough seating for at least 10-15 people, and a grill if you wanted to have a BBQ. There's also an outdoor shower, which makes it easier after a day at the beach. The owners did an impeccable job on this guest house. It's a modern style, very well-decorated house with great finishing details. For me, it was like walking into a house you would find on HDTV after a complete renovation. Thanks to our host Luciana, this house made our stay in Martha's Vineyard even more special. So if you're planning a trip to the Vineyard, this is the perfect place to stay; it's in a centralized location where you're no more than 10-15 minutes away from everything, but secluded enough for you to have complete privacy.

Stayed Sep 17, 2024I stayed there with my 18 yo son. The house is brand new and doesn't look like anyone has ever stayed there. The owner's are wonderful and you can't beat the location. It's 10 min to Vineyard Haven. 10 min to Oaks Bluffs and 10 min from Edgartown. This house feel like staying in a high end hotel and the interior if beautiful. I can't recommend this house enough.
