Brand new great view downtown apartment- Iris 4!

Clean, beautiful and in a great location. Owners were easy to work with and made check-in and out very easy!

This property was very comfortable, clean, and very roomy. It accommodated us very well. The host of this property is very accommodating and made our stay so relaxed! Best host we have had so far!

We've stayed at this rental several times now, and we've loved every visit! The communication with the hosts is always quick and easy, and they are very welcoming. They obviously take pride in their rental units as is evident in their thoughtful attention to details, conveniences, and guests' needs. We've stayed in two of their rental units now, and both are stylishly decorated, immaculate, and comfortable. The apartments are well-stocked, well-equipped, and well-appointed with everything renters could possibly need. Fantastic downtown location within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, shopping, live music venues, government buildings, and civic center. Fun little farmer's market right across the street every Saturday morning. We love this place!

This property was a joy to use for the weekend. Plenty of room for our son and us. The beds were comfortable and the separate bathrooms were nice to have. Lots of extras left for our use (detergent, coffee, condiments etc etc) which was quite helpful. Bonus was location 425 feet from Catholic Cathedral for Sunday Mass. We would use again!

From our initial request to stay at this property to our departure, everything about our experience was fabulous! We love the convenient location, the decor, the amenities, the vibe, the views of downtown, the cleanliness, and the ease of communication with the hosts. They are quick to reply and truly want us to enjoy our stay. This was our second visit to this property, and it won't be our last! Thank you for your hospitality and generosity!
