Location: Fairmount Park, a quiet residential pocket of central San Diego. Less than a minute from three major freeways (CA-94, I-805, and I-15), so getting anywhere in the city is fast. Balboa Park, the zoo, and the museums are 5 minutes by car. Downtown is 8 minutes. The airport is 10 minutes. UC San Diego Medical Center Hillcrest, Scripps Mercy Hospital, and Naval Medical Center San Diego are all under 10 minutes.

Important to know before booking:
- The bedroom is in a loft accessed by a staircase. There is no ground-floor sleeping option.
- Street parking only. The driveway is reserved for the main house. Street parking is usually easy on the surrounding residential blocks.
- No outdoor space available to guests.
- Another ADU on the same lot may have its own guests during your stay. The units are fully separate inside, but you may see neighbors coming and going.
- No pets (assistance animal and ESA requests handled as reasonable accommodation under fair-housing rules).
- No smoking. No parties without prior approval.
- No exterior cameras on the property.
