Fabulous location and accommodation

A comfortable apartment in an excellent location, close to the station and the sights. The only annoyance was the old fashioned lift, which sounds an alarm if you don’t close the door immediately - not easy if you have luggage or small children.

The flat was spotless!!! The owners were just great! Super helpful and communicable! The location of the flat could not be better! It is right in the heart of the city! We had a car, but basically we did not need to use it; we walked everywhere. The flat itself was nust great; super clean, had everything one can need during the stay. Lindsey, the owner was very nice and helpful!! Thank you, Lindsey!!! I enjoyed staying in this flat with my family and will definetly come back here if I come to Bath. Highly highly recommend!!!

Very Clean, everything needed was available. Fantastic situation with views of the river in every room. 5 min walk into the town and the train station. Car park around the corner.

First time ever giving a full five star review - beautiful space, ideal location, super responsive host, and everything you didn’t even know you’d need is provided. Bath is a gorgeous, interesting town, and this apt is spacious, ideally located with beautiful views.

The apartment was modern clean and in a great location. Great for a weekend break.

It was good communication with the landlord before moving in. But we had got a bad experience with the cleaner. She was so rude and not polite to us because we were delayed 20 minutes to leave the property. I agreed there was a bit late because of the 2 kids (4 & 6 years old) was having a little problem outside. We did not blame her to enter the house for cleaning the house even all our luggage in the flat, due we understood it's a peak season. But when she saw all of us are Chinese, then she started to show unfriendly face and said we must empty the property at 11:00 am. Even our 2 kids say hello to her, but no response at all. I think it might be a different story if the guests are foreigners. I feel sorry to receive this kind of service without a little respect. I did send an email to the landlord about this matter, but I haven't received any response or even say sorry about that. That means the landlord agreed with the cleaner's attitude. We are first time to stay this kind of property. Due we were normally stayed at stars hotels which checked in time is 2:00 pm and checked out time is 12:00, And even can extend upto 1:00 pm to check out. But this property check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. I'm so upset with such service received.

We were very pleased with the location and the apartment. Wonderful sunlight overlooking the river. Beautiful historical building. Had all the things we needed.

Location, location, location. This apartment was central to all of historic Bath and we were able to walk everywhere, including two grocery stores, many restaurants, and the train/bus station. But it was also quiet. The bedrooms and living room overlook the river and back gardens which is lovely. King bed was comfortable. Apartment was very clean and we appreciated having coffee and tea available. Kitchen was well appointed for our needs. Good shower. Lindsey sent excellent instructions on how to access the apartment. And although the apartment is only the first floor (2nd for Americans) there is a lift for luggage which we appreciated. We had a car for 2 days of our stay and there is a parking lot less than a block away. We would stay here again.

The flat is ideally located for walking to attractions in Bath. The views of the river are lovely! The building is very quiet and the we were very comfortable in the flat.

Lovely stay in a superb location, a few minutes’ walk from Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, and the city centre. The property was clean and quiet, and the communication with the hosts was perfect: not too much, not too little. The view of the Avon from every window was truly lovely!Tip: If you’re able to manage stairs, the little Greek restaurant Opa around the corner has the best lamb shank we’ve tasted outside Greece!

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Bath. Centrally located across from the river and near major attractions, it is also very quiet. The apartment has everything you need for a lovely visit to Bath. As an added bonus, the owners live nearby and are very responsive should you require any assistance. If this place available, you should grab it!

The flat was spacious, well equipped and in an excellent location. It is 5 minutes from the train station and the Abbey. Lindsey was helpful before answering many of our questions and providing information and recommendations on places to see and where to eat.

We have stayed in this property before and so was delighted when we had the opportunity again during my daughters graduation recently. Location is just the best and this property had everything we needed. One of my prioritises is cleanliness and this was was met to a high standard. A really beautiful stay and would highly recommend

Superb location with lovely view out over the river. Excellent communication from the host and easy access to the property. Clean and tidy flat and pretty much everything you would need was there, even some tasty biscuits! Beds were really comfy.

I absolutely loved Lindsey and Toby’s Bath property! We (myself, husband, teenage son and young daughter) settled in nicely after a very short walk from the train station (my husband who had been hauling our heavy bag appreciated the presence of a lift in this property, not to be taken for granted!). The property itself is on an absolutely charming block with the rooms themselves overlooking the River Avon and surrounding hillside. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen with everything you could need, and the living area was ideal for relaxing after sight-seeing. What more could you ask for? 10/10. Amazing property located in a great spot in Bath. The views are spectacular. The entire city is walkable and needs explored. Bath Abbey, Roman Baths and Pulteney Bridge are all just a few steps away. We drove from London (not recommended driving in London, but it was fine once you got out) and so we were able to drive to Stonehenge for a day. We also visited Salisbury Cathedral 15 minutes south of Stonehenge. I highly recommend it. Everything went very smoothly with the stay. Easy check in and out. Many restaurants, shops and grocery options are located nearby. We highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the stay and found it to be as advertised. If you are driving the Manvers car park is a short walk to door of place. The parkade was safe but somewhat expensive but that is true all over. The highlight was finding the canal (not river) path for a run. The place was comfortable and very convenient to the village of Bath.

The perfect stay, with a new bathroom, large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to eveything. The perfect location! Nice crisp sheets, shuttered windows, very charming and a wonderful view! Loved our stay here!

My other and I spent the week in Bath and the surrounding area. This place was perfect. The view over the canal and countryside was stunning, the central location to the town and spa made for easy walking to most places, and the beds were great!

Short stay in Bath & walking distance to all the key CBD features. Plenty of room in the unit, with good views of the river & scenery. Cosy & comfortable day & night. Unit very clean. Our 2nd stay and memorable.

Our VRBO was located in the perfect place to walk to all of our activities in the picturesque and historic town of Bath. The lovely view of the River Avon from our living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms was wonderful and added a special treat. Our hosts, Lindsey and Toby, provided excellent directions, as well as many appreciated amenities.

The flat is in a perfect location. View of river in every room and well appointed for all your needs. It is so centrally located; it is a short walk ftom the train and bus station as well as the shops, attractions and shopping. We would stay again. Hosts were great!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient, but pay for public parking. Lindsey and Toby's VRBO is a nice updated flat in older building near the river and central Bath.
