Such a cute property that exceeded all expectations!! Would definitely stay here again and I will be recommending this place to anyone who plans on visiting Belize!

Old pots and pans, cheap utensils in kitchen; trouble flushing toilet in bathroom

It was truly a nice stay, apartment was modern, clean and new. Location is great, very quite area but close to downtown and located on outskirts of Belize City far from any bad areas yet a short drive everywhere. We felt really safe staying here. Best Western hotel was close so we walked there for a great breakfast both mornings. Downtown is just a 10 minute drive, beach another 10 minutes. Social Lounge nightclub was very close so we just walked there and really enjoyed our time. Apartment is well kept and has everything you might need, coffee, teas, shampoos, shower gel, fast wifi, and AC. Everything was perfect.

Clean and new apartment, everything is like on the pictures. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, very quiet and safe. Host’s recommendations of places to go eat close by were excellent. Actually, apartment is located only 5 minutes walk from the main hotel in town Best Western that has a nice restaurant.

Tiana is very welcoming and helpful. Apartment was clean and larger than it appeared in the pictures!

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Check-in was very easy, and the host was most accomodating with our early check-in request. The location is convenient to much of what we wanted to see in Belize City. The studio apartment was neat and clean with all of the accessories that we would have wanted. It is our plan to return to Belize City in the future and our hope to again stay at this location.

The property was exactly as described and represented on the listing: close to the airport and downtown, and safe. This was our first trip to Belize City and after seeing the downtown I’m glad we stayed in the Belama neighbourhood. The location was an excellent starting point for our several day trips and Tiana was very helpful. We’d definitely go back.

All in all very good! Location good and convenient and super clean. Apartment has everything you need and then some, including a very comfortable bed. Host has left little to chance and good communications. Door lock is tricky - code simply allows deasbolt to work so must use going in and out. Nice outside patio and good A/C. The only downside is TV can go in and out with overly complicated profiles and settings and loss of WIFI input so be sure to resolve if you need, I didn't watch TV much so not big deal. I had partially chosen the place because I thought SUV would be available and got stuck with bad rental that wouldn't even answer or return calls to emergency phone (!) to report slow leaking tire which had to check daily. Can only imagine the nightmare for mechanic breakdown. Do not use AVIS!

This was easily the nicest and newest place we stayed at while visiting Belize. Pretty central to everything you might need as far as grocery shops, restaurants, and transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

Unit was nice, clean and private. Great location. Easy to catch the bus downtown. Good local food and a great bakery on the same street. Onsite car rental is perfect for day trips at reasonable price .Owner provides great details on local resturants. I would stay here again.

Close to everything you would want to do in Belize city! We did two excursions and pick up / drop off was a breeze. Owner Tiana was a delight and quick to respond to every message. She picked us up from the airport, did our laundry and let us use her bikes daily. Puppy on-site koby was a sweetheart. Water and room supplies were perfect. We had all we needed to cook and clean. We rode to the best western daily to swim and hang out by the pool bar (for free..) and rode our bikes to the Belize sign, market, ice cream stores and resturnants. Host was lovey to provide big spray sunscreen aloe medicine and soaps. 10/10 recommend !!! You will love the quiet and luxury feel away from the highway but still close enough to everything. The air and water in room were perfect as well. 15 mins from airport wnd water ferry. Book this spot !!! So safe and well kept. We will be staying again for sure

We spent our honeymoon at this property and from the start everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our room looked exactly like the pictures and the host had some tips and taxi driver numbers written on a board which was super helpful since we never traveled to Belize before! It was so quiet, and had great AC, I slept like a baby, and I’m a very light sleeper. 10/10 would recommend anyone stay here if you’re traveling to Belize City!

Stayed 2 nights here, apartment is really cute and cozy, only 30-40 minutes to Altun Ha pyramids and about an hour to cave tubing. It had quiet AC (i'm a light sleeper), and area was quiet too; so we slept good. Bathroom was nice and clean with spacious shower, good soaps, water was hot. Internet was working good and TV had netflix connected. Overall a great stay. Would recommend anyone!
