Spread over 2 floors with a mezzanine, the contemporary apartment has been created out of a traditional stone house. It is part of a beautifully restored residence, where guests can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool; a gym; a cinema carved into the rock and a tranquil garden. It is ideal for friends or a small family who want to explore this stunning part of Sicily.
<br>The front door opens onto a cream stone entrance hall. Stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom and down to the living area. The open-plan seating area is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a café-style table and chairs and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and a fridge.

Bedroom: The airy mezzanine bedroom above the entrance hall has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom
The stylish bathroom is off the entrance hall and is appointed with a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.

In southern Sicily, the town of Scicli is one of the island’s most beautiful cities. It is packed with Baroque architecture, excellent restaurants and cafés where visitors can soak up the atmosphere. Visitors can experience authentic Sicilian life at Scicli’s weekly market which takes place on Tuesday mornings in Via Saffi.

The property is just 15 minutes from the coast. The medieval fishing village of Donnalucata is known for its wide, sandy beaches and sleepy atmosphere. It is home to several fine restaurants where you can sample the freshest local fish.

Catania’s International Airport is a 1 hour 30-minute drive.
