Stayed Sep 8, 2023The property in Arcachon was excellent. The person who met us at the property was very friendly and helpful. The biggest issue was the poor communication with the host’s administration team, prior to our arrival, who took over a day, each time, to respond to our queries. This influenced our overall rating.
