The loft apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Our host (Karen) thought of EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. She is incredible. Highly recommend; 10/10 all day long. It was an amazing place to stay for our Bristol weekend! I would gladly rent from her over and over.

Amazing! The loft was beautiful, i love the original brick. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It really felt like home. I cant wait to go back.

We love visiting Bristol!Hiking, fishing, walking down town, checking out the comedy club, Borderline Billards and a little time at the casino.The condo was amazing with a State Street walking availability to almost everywhere. We had space, privacy and everything that was needed in case we forgot something with other extras that made it extra special.Karen left a note with a personal message that made the weekend even more special. Communication was easy and filled with information about restaurants, activities and special locations to see and investigate. We kept busy!We will be back. Thanks for a great weekend

Incredible loft. Spacious. Clean. Beautiful. Host has anticipated every need from extra towels, to blankets to cuddle up with, games to play, and coffee to drink on the deck. There was even an adorable bunny coffee cup ( it was Easter weekend) to set the tone. Also, so many great restaurants in the area and things to do. Took a trip to the casino and visited several mills ( lots of history here). Saw a great play at Barter in nearby Abingdon and came in 4th in pool tournament. This was one of the best vacations I have ever taken. Highly recommend.

Great place and host was quick to answer any questions. She had thought of everything you could possibly need during the stay.

This place looked even better in person than in pictures. Was just there for Valentine’s weekend and we had a great time. Food around was very good and the shops on State St were fun to walk around. We will be back again no question.

Karen was very helpful with our stay as we had to move it back a week due to weather. The place was very nice and clean. We had a personalized welcome basket waiting on us and plenty of information of what there was to do in town. There was also snacks, coffee, and things to use for cooking. This was nice bc as you know it can be aggravating buying stuff for just a few days somewhere. All in all, it was a great stay at a great place. Highly recommend.

One of the best prepared VRBOs we have stayed in. Everything stocked with even extras you would not expect. If we ever need to stay even near Bristol again we would book here and be disappointed if someone else beat us to it. Only thing to be aware of is you are right on top of downtown. Great to walk and explore what etc unit can be a little loud at.night. The box fan in the closet provided the perfect amount of white noise for us and no real issue with A good nights sleep. Book without a hesitation. It’s a fantastically well run VRBO!

This space was well thought out. All the amenities of home. Comfortable bedding, cozy lighting. We look forward to staying in the loft again!

Great spot for us to stay while fishing. Love the adaptive reuse of the old building and leaving all the brick and rafters exposed makes for a really cool space. Will def stay again.

Ms. Karen is the hostess-with-the-mostest! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Bordertown Loft! Everything was perfect! It was so very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. There has been no detail left undone..,Ms. Karen has thought out every single little detail. She has gone the extra mile to make sure her guests feel special.I never leave reviews, but this one DESERVES 10Stars I will DEFINITELY stay at Ms. Karen’s properties again!!

Stayed at the loft with my best friend from high school for our 40th HS reunion. The place was amazing! Walking distance to all our venues and everything imaginable was available for our needs at the loft. Karen made sure you won’t need for anything. Next time I’m in Bristol I will be staying here. Thank you Karen for providing everything for my amazing weekend! :-)

The property was very comfortable with much detail for all needs you could possibly have. Location was great, owners incredible at communicating. You will NOT be disappointed!

One of, if not the, best all-around vacation rentals we've had. The owners are the best, respond immediately to any questions, and also own the store next door. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, and fully stocked kitchen. Condo had everything you could need, including extra toothbrushes and other toiletries in case you forgot something. Owners provided a few bottled waters and lemonade and a variety of snacks. We definitely would stay here again if we return to Bristol. Full disclosure: there is a little street noise (mostly people talking after leaving the bars) late on Friday and Saturday night, but instances were brief. And to be expected in the heart of the main street in town.

We had a great stay. The apartment was great and Karen was the nicest host we've ever stayed with.

We absolutely loved our stay in the quaint downtown Bristol. Our line dance team was hired for Country Thunder Bristol, and wanted to stay in downtown Bristol. The loft was amazing, and a great place to stay. Karen was very communicative and her rental was stocked with so many accommodations. Would 100/10 recommend staying here!

The entire loft is very nice and clean.
