Bonita Beach & Tennis 3907 - Gulf Views!

I loved that the condo is fully equipped with everything from lotion to kitchen items. I also loved that there was not much to do in checking out. Everything is taken care of when you check out.

Very nice unit with all the essentials and beautiful views. Our only complaint was that their smart TV won’t let you download any of your own streaming apps without a “Roku PIN” that the owners either don’t know or won’t divulge. So, for instance, if you want to download and sign into your YoutubeTV account you won’t be able to because the YoutubeTV app isn’t installed on the TV.

The location was ok across the street from the public parking to the beach, but the building itself is so old and run down. For the price, it was all we needed as we were barely in the unit. The AC has a hard time cooling the studio. It took all night to get it comfortable running it on 67 degrees. The beach chairs are very rusty and one was snapped. But again, for a cheap quick stay this place is ok. It was quiet as no oft else appeared to be there, literally!

Not their fault but the one elevator was down for most of the stay, not the end of the world by any means. Great views, clean, plenty of beach amenities (umbrella, towels, beach tote) Would stay again, no questions asked.

Great location to the beach, close to the Airport in Fort Myers. Host was quick to answer problems we had with sofa sleeper. I would definitely come back next year.

We had a wonderful week at the condo. The condo was so cute and had everything we needed to spend a great week at the beach! The view from the balcony was amazing! Everything was very easy and pretty much perfect!

The condo was perfect for two. All amenities inside the condo were great and access to beach and restaurants nearby was easy. This was a family wedding at the beach club nearby so we did not take advantage of the close public beach access because we were too vacation lazy to carry our chairs! Communication with host, entry, parking, and checkout were flawless. The top star rating unearned has nothing to do with the interior, but reflects the constant work on the property’s common areas and exterior. If they ever finish, this would be a great spot but given the lack of pool and tennis along with the construction, the nightly rate would have to be discounted to earn that top star rating!

The condo is beautifully updated and an amazing view. Looking forward to coming back!

Everything was clean and very comfortable. I had no issues during my stay. I arrived just after the storm, and shortly after, the weather started to improve. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the public beach, which is fantastic for swimming and even has a jet ski rental (and Doc's Beach House).

well the location is excellent , the view is awesome , but the bed is umcorfortable , the mattress needed to be changed 5 years ago , same the as the sofa bed , whit that beautiful balcony a coffee table would be great , but the place was clean & the location is excellent

This rental has everything you could possibly need within the unit itself plus a beautiful view of the Gulf, pools/outdoor activities and an excellent location!
