Affordable price, great location, and great service. Great communication with the host! The apartment has almost everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Would definitely book again!

The property is centrally located ans accessible to everything. Host has great communication with you and give great suggestions for restaurants and attractions. The place has a vintage look, but very clean.

This was a tremendous alternative to the cookie cutter hotel room. The property was easy to find. The interior was decorated very nice. Bed was super comfortable. My wife enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the cool morning air. Our host went above and beyond. The welcome gift was delicious.

Loved staying here! My boyfriend and I were extremely comfortable and it was a perfect location in Riverside. We I’ll def stay here again when we’re in town for another football game. The host was extremely nice and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay. The advertising and pictures posted were surprisingly accurate. Diav (host) was extremely pleasant and communication with us very nice. All expectaions were surpassed. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting. We certainly will call Diav next visit to Jax.

Tastefully decorated spaces with MCM decor. Perfect location for our stay and immediate help from our gracious host when we inadvertently messed up the coded door lock; he reset it cheerfully and everything was wonderful.

Cute, cozy accommodations -- just what we were looking for in a one-night stay. We very much appreciated the coffee/maker and the sweet welcome treats. We did note that the TV was in Spanish and we were not able to change, and there are no forks!

The host was very attentive and even arranged for an earlier check in for us. The place was clean and cozy. He left us cupcakes, extra pillows. And a convenient minibar. The process was easy and stress free thanks to our host. We would stay again if we come back to Jacksonville.

Perfect host and great place

This property was perfect for our stay and my 14 lb dog. The place had everything you want in todays STR world. Close to DT, walking distance to a quaint little district for food and fun. Daiv has it down!

A quaint eclectic bungalow with all amenities. A good location for dining and easy access to the interstate. Daiv was extremely responsive to my requests. I would stay here again when in town.
