Location and size of the place was perfect for us. It's only 5 min from downtown shops and restaurants.

This is an old garage that was turned into an “apartment “. Oak Street is not a decent neighborhood. Run down properties with junk laying around. We felt ver UNSAFE on that street. After parking in the back, we saw a table by the front door with cigarette butts. Yuk. Upon entering there was an overwhelming smell of what I considered to be dead mice. The inside was clean and cute. The biggest problem was the odor. We did NOT stay. We immediately left and found a hotel instead. I have used VRBO many times and never had a bad experience until THIS booo

A perfect place for our fall weekend in McKinney. All amenities we needed. A Good size for 2 adults plus our pets. The yard was a nice size for the dogs and a safe neighborhood to walk. Would definitely stay there again.
