Blue#2: Cozy, private Midtown studio

The property was clean and cozy, and owners are so friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for everything!

Great little place to stay in Omaha!

The place was cozy, easy to access, and comfortable after a day on the road. I definitely also appreciated the oatmeal left for the morning!

Very nice for the price This is a great property. The host was excellent. Please note the bathroom is very small and would be hard to accommodate a larger person.

The pictures were deceiving. The size of the place would be great for one person. There was a stench the would not disappear. My guess would be mold. I have lung issues and I could tell by my weezing and the coughing. The bed was comfortable for the most part. The ceiling was about to fall in and the fix was to put a board up to keep if from coming down. Would I stay there again, no.

The owner was very accommodating. He let us drop our stuff off before check in before we headed to the CWS. The place was perfect for 2 people attending the CWS. Not a bad drive or Uber to Chuck Box Stadium. Very affordable. We were not at the place much, but had all we needed. Bed, TV, Shower. We would stay there again in the future.

Loved the location of the place! Not too far from downtown and the zoo! The neighborhood is very quiet.

This was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay for the weekend. Cute little place with everything you need to cook. Bed was comfy and the place was clean. Host was very fast to communicate with us if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a clean little place and easy to find. Was a little hesitant about the neighborhood . But with my big brother k was fine .

Unfortunately my husband and I were only able to stay for a few hours due to a severe thunderstorm that knocked out the power. We were given a $35 refund on our 2 day payment which was insufficient of course. Owner did have good communication with us when the power went out but no offer of a flashlight or battery operated lamp of any kind and sitting in the dark in a strange place was not acceptable after spending hours at the hospital. My husband (6’2”) had to sit sideways to use the toilet and one of the two window a/c units is right beside the bed. There is a gap in the cabinets that face you as you are in bed that made me uncomfortable. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it is. The plug in by the bed was nice and there were some chips and 2 bottles of water provided. I won’t say it’s a horrible place, but not a good experience for us.
