Stayed Feb 2, 2026Easy booking process, and accomodation details, check in etc.Clean, tidy, refreshed, well stocked. Perfect to use as a base for travelling, relaxing outside under the verandah covered patio area. Perfect for your four legged family member, safe surrounds.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and serviceable. Couch needs replacing. Broken hinge on kitchen cupboard. Lounge light too dim. Broken shade cloth on patio. No colander. A torch would be useful as there was a full day electricity outage.I was resisting putting in a review but had so many reminders that I am. Overall it was quite adequate for the money and Pt Vincent is a very nice little town.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025A mini home with everything. Lovely and clean, very comfortable, well maintained, in a great location. We were glad of the split system aircon and TV on the 40C day. Would love to take our fishing friends back to stay here one day

Stayed Feb 14, 2025It has a good location close to waterfront, quiet street and residents. Excellent fish cleaning facility and fish fridge. Excellent bathroom, shower & toilet. Outdoor area and bbq good. Reasonable quilt pillows and mattressDisappointed with 1 Microwave which cut power due to overheating. I left a message for Dee to replace, she responded quickly, but it cooled down and started working. Recommend replace it promptly2 Dim light in kitchen/living room3 No light onto stove

Close to absolutely everything and in a quiet area. It was old but fairly well maintained and washing facilities.The Accommodation on Yorke staff were a great help also and communicated well.
