BLUE LINE RETREAT UNIT 3 is a 1 bedroom unit that accommodates up to 2 guests, close to all amenities in a great location for your holiday/fishing getaway.

New kitchen with under bench oven with induction cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table/chairs. Lounge with TV/DVD.

Main bedroom with queen bed, renovated bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner - adjacent to door will cool the unit.

Undercover area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Fully fenced grassed yard adjacent to undercover area.

Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels.

PLEASE NOTE –  dish washing liquid and laundry powder is provided.

    The cabin was nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay, was perfect for the dog. Only complaint is the BBQ needs a clean.

    This a well appointed clean, and well maintained property with modern amenities. It is one of the best holiday spots we have ever stayed at. There was heaps of room to park my car and boat although a little way from our unit. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

    Terrific location, plenty of room for our cavalier, Louie, to run around. Kitchen and bathroom very well renovated, everything we needed.Only criticism, the outdoor fan didn't work and lounge really needs replacing.Would definitely stay again

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I regularly stay in this unit. Port Vincent is my happy place, and I always enjoy my time there. I can take my little dog, and he loves the front lawn. Only requirement is the lawn is mowed for our stay, as he's tiny and can get lost in the lawn if it's too high. Unit 3 is always well kept, clean and comfortable. Well positioned to the town, with easy access to the beach, shops, kiosk and the hotel. Both kiosk and hotel serve delicious food.Only criticism is the lounge suite, its worn and the plastic is flaking and makes a mess. It's not very comfortable either.

Wow, what a surprise, a beautiful,clean unit, with plenty of room and a lovely grassed area, for our 10month Golden Retriever (even had a doggy door).Location Location, on the main st, 350-400 metres from Hotel, IGA and Beach, even a Vet across the road.Highly recommend 👌 Definitely will ne going back.

    Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is not being well maintained. Since my first stay in 2019 it has deteriorated markedly. In particular, the lounge is very badly worn & should be replaced, not just covered with a 'throw-over'. The lawn area was also overdue for mowing.Although the unit was 'spotless' I will no longer be recommending it. The rental has been increased & phone enquiries to the office were not well received. We are automated now was a n unacceptable response to a phone enquiry.
