Blue Horizon, Two - Walk to Sapphire Beach

The stay was nice for what i went to so. Place was clean and inviting and would stay there again.

This was a great condo to stay in and the price was right! Clean, modern, great communication with property managers, security on the premises, and taxi service. Sapphire beach was literally 3-5 min walk depending on pace. We had a bar ( great bartenders). 3 restaurants, a coffee shop that serves breakfast and ice cream , and has an atm, pizza and wings, sandwich, and a fine dining restaurants within that 3-5 min walk. They also had music and dancing one night (that we knew of)I think Sapphire beach is gorgeous! The only thing I would have liked is an ocean view from our balcony. We will stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect! The only issue we had was finding it on day one but after that it was a breeze! We were right by the beach and the taxi service which was super convenient!! We highly recommend this place!

Joanne & Raymond were phenomenal hosts! I couldn't have asked for more. 2 minute walk to the beach. Spacious & clean studio. Nothing for me to complain about. Will definitely use their accomodations for any future trips to St. Thomas!

Enjoyed my short time there. Bare essentials were accessible. Would come back again.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and easy access to the beach. Really enjoyed the adjoining rooms my nieces was staying in 301 so it was convenient.

Great location near Sapphire Beach, lots of taxis nearby, the room itself was extremely homey and exceeded expectations. Super comfy bed and couch.

I’ll have to admit that when I book, I always hope I’ll be dealing directly with the owner as my experience with property management companies has not been favorable. However, this wasn’t the case this time because working with Philo Villas Properties couldn’t have been better. The studio was just what we expected, clean and comfortable. A quick walk to a great beach, or if going to a different beach, taxis right on hand. The couple of very small problems were responded to in a flash. Our only recommendation is that we are fresh air people and if there had been screens on the windows, we wouldn’t have used the ac at all. Thanks for helping to make our third trip to St. Thomas even better than the last.

This property was great for the price and location. Joanne was very responsive in answering the few minor questions that came up. The property was easy to find and access. It was great having a balcony. A little better view would have been nice and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. But the location is amazing with an easy walk to Sapphire Beach. The beach bars and coffee shop were all great with plenty of food options. We also walked to Sudi’s for a few meals at a property close by. There is easy access to taxis at the entrance of Sapphire Beach. We were able to get into Red Hook to get to the ferry to St. John, go out to eat and get a few groceries at Moe’s. The taxi drivers are very accommodating. We would recommend this condo.

Wonderful stay

This was a great place to stay! Close to Sapphire Beach, and Red Hook. Easy to get to. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again. Only minor issue was not enough places to hang clothes / dresses.

Great two nights in this condo. Being able to walk to sapphire beach and the facilities there is great.

A great nights rest in paradise! Only a short walk to the beach. So clean & organized! The Sapphire beach bar is excellent for food and drinks. We tried out the new fine dining restaurant, Sea Salt. Delicious! And Sapphire has a beautiful new gift shop!

We had a great time in St Thomas and part of that great time was staying here. I thought it would be weird having the bed and couch in the same space, but it wasn't. The sofa was comfortable and the bed was great. The binder was very helpful explaining the rules, but also local places to get what you need. The only thing it didn't address was the trash. It tells you take the trash out but doesn't tell you what to do with it. That information is on the wall by the front door - high up. It would be helpful to put that in the binder as well. Overall, location is great, comfortable and we would return!
