Location and cleanliness. Master bedroom could use new mattress

The room was a lot more spacious than we were anticipating and the view was great. Secure entry and easy check in with front desk staff.

We went to Universal parks 3 days, with 1 rest day. Location is great. Easy 20 minute drive to parks. Enjoyed the pool area on our rest day. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, so can't speak to that.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property offered beautiful views, amenities, and was conveniently located near all our planned destinations.The property owners were very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time with family. Place was very nice and quiet! Pool was fantastic. The host responded quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a trip to Orlando/Disney. Convenient to get to from MCO or SFB and only 10-15 minutes from Epcot/Animal Kingdom. Great views of the lake from the 16th floor, we could see the Epcot fireworks from the lobby/elevators area. We asked for early check in (2pm) but the staff wouldn’t check us in, so we opted for a late lunch after flying in until the room was ready. Suggest doublechecking day before if you need early check in. Overall we had a great time!

Our place was as advertised. It was very nice, clean, and in good proximity to attractions and outlets. We had an awesome week together. The check in and pool staff were excellent.

As described, great location and place to stay while visiting all the parks in the area. Pros: location, place comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids, beautiful views, nice pool, appointed nicely, full kitchen, parking was easy, check in/out was a breeze and communication from the host was very timely. Fireworks visible from the front hallway was a huge plus. Couldn’t get easier driving to the parks, great jump off location.Cons: similar to other reviews that the hallway lights were quite bright and the curtain did not block out the light in the second and third bedrooms, came prepared with sleep masks which worked out ok. Cleanliness was the only other negative, could have been better. Overall great place to stay, 5 stars!

Great condo, great location. Only complaint is that the hot tub chemicals ruined my bathing suit.

The condo was better than expected. It was very clean. The pool was wonderful. We were in close proximity to all the Orlando attractions. We would definitely stay again.

This place worked great for our mixed group. I appreciate having a spacious front master bedroom/bathroom that over looked the water. Felt like a separate hotel room up front. Well laid out!Bed was a bit firm for my liking - but never the less we all slept very well!

Unit was as advertised. Stayed at Blue Heron 11 years ago and it was as we remembered it. Location is great, pool is big, heated and perfect for the family. Having two king beds was very nice to have.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay. Not luxurious but certainly functional, comfortable and the right size. It was all we needed.

This was a really fun property to stay at. We had access to the pool, the condo itself and it was close enough to Uber everywhere -the outlets, Disney and Universal! It was our perfect home away from home :)

Everything was great except for the rear Sliding glass doors that do not lock and the front windows in the 2 front bedrooms that have no coverings on them and let the light in at night from outside. Keeping your kids awake. Who in turn drive you nuts because of the situation.

Overall it’s a great unit. Has everything we need and it’s conveniently located to all the parks. I love that it has a kitchen and laundry machine. Home away from home! Only suggestions I may have is 1) get black out blinds for the master. The sun shines in there in the morning which makes it hard to sleep in. 2) get a lock for the guest bathroom. 3) master bath door does shut. 4) bed could use a better mattress and beddings.

Property was clean and in good condition. One question to owner was answered promptly. Great views, could even see Disney fireworks in the distance. Would definitely stay here again.
