All of our Blockhouse Units are focused on an eco-friendly design. We are proud to provide you with a ‘Net-Zero’ living experience, meaning we have almost completely eliminated our carbon footprint, and produce more energy than we consume. Guest Access:

You'll have full access to your individual unit which comes with a private bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, as well as any common areas.

The Neighborhood:

Spokane has slowly been transforming, and the South Perry District was one of the first neighborhoods to come into its own. Not long ago, the district was a rundown area. It’s now thriving, filled with funky shops and eateries, and it’s one of the most diverse places in Spokane. Conveniently located just south of downtown, it’s an easy Lime scooter or drive. We are within walking distance of many killer restaurants, cafes, and breweries!

Getting Around:

At BlockhouseLife, we encourage all our guests to ‘live-eco’ and check out all the alternative modes of transportation. Our partnerships with the City of Spokane and other businesses provide our guests with simple and convenient transportation options. This includes;

-Blockhouse ride-sharing station

-Electric scooters/bikes

-Located in a safe & walkable neighborhood

Other Things to Note:

Do note that this is tiny-living at its finest. This may get you out of your normal comfort zone! Which is something we here at BlockhouseLife fully encourage; to actively seek discomfort and challenge the status quo. Now that being said, going tiny doesn’t mean sacrificing on any amenities and luxuries of home. Everything is as described - simple, small stay with everything needed in one spot. Also love walking distance in a cute community with coffee shops and restaurants!

    The host was great, the room was clean. The room does not get very dark at night. There was no bar in the cupboard to hang clothes nor hangers.Overall, it was quiet and I’d rent it again.

    I’m new to Spokane and this was the perfect spot for me to feel at home. With the Thursday market, great restaurants, and convenient stores nearby, it was an ideal location. Even in this small space, I had all I needed to feel comfortable an extended stay.

    We wanted to experience a tiny house and I’m very glad we booked this. Close to downtown, but food and beverages right outside the property in this hip development. Don’t count on battery charging for your cars, though, as the 2 stations are poplular

    My stay was 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be coming back again in the future! The property is beautiful, quiet and within walking distances of cute and unique shops/restaurants. The management got back to me quickly with answers to my questions! It was a wonderful little place to stay at, I throughly enjoyed my stay.

    The location was perfect. Cute clean space. No wash cloth and only on hand towel, no TV. But it was a great to sleep.

    My first stay in a tiny home venue and it was very enjoyable. Enough space for me and my gear, which included skis. Great location close to eating establishments.
