BIRDWATCHERS PARADISE AND OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS HAVEN

Cheryl and Roger have an absolutely incredible house. This apartment represents the lower level of the home but they are very happy for guests to use the stunning pool and deck above. We could have stayed up there all day. Our hosts were very generous and helpful with suggestions about places to go and things to do throughout our two-night stay but also allowed us space to enjoy ourselves quietly. The flat is quite basic with a very small kitchenette but absolutely perfect for the average holidaymaker who needs a short stay. I would highly recommend their property.

Coming from the UK , Cheryl our lovely host, welcomed us to her home and immediately we felt at ease. Cheryl, was so approachable and knowledgeable. Due to this our visit was so memorable and we managed to see and do many different activities in the area. Every need is catered for and more. The comfortable double bedroom with beautiful laundered linen is complimented with the very spacious wardrobe. The shower room , unlike many others I have been to before, had twin shower heads which provides the perfect blend of power and comfort, while the huge space allows you to move! The separate lounge area, adjacent to the bedroom allows you to unwind. Leading of this room is your own private balcony, allowing you to sit outside in this beautiful location. The separate kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this 'hidden gem'.

We were very comfortable in their spacious and well presented apartment, all our needs were catered for and more. We enjoyed their recommendations on where to go and what to do in the area, especially the reserve, and if you are a bird lover it is a great place to be.

The name says it all. This is better than “Home from Home” A wonderful place to stay for either the outdoors active traveller or the professional business traveller who needs downtime in the evening or at the weekend. The location is superb, surrounded by countryside & forest and over-looking the vast Indian Ocean. What more could you ask for. Many exhilarating activities on your doorstep, hiking, walking, bicycle tracks, golf, beaches and local community shops and cafes. The facilities are second to none, everything you need including a small kitchen area to prepare meals & snacks. Immaculate and well equipped with comfortable bedding and spacious brightly decorated rooms. The owners are two wonderful people who being outdoor enthiuasts themselves are available to give expert advice on all activities or requirements you may have. They live on the property however you may not even notice that as your privacy will be highly respected. I have visited while on business and can only wish to return soon to experience the peace and tranquillity, as well as try out the local golf course.
