Birds of a Feather at Custom House Inn | Perfect Stay on Duval Street!

The accomodations were exactly as pictured for 2 people. The unit was immaculate upon arrival. Corresponding with the owner was a pleasure with them getting back to us almost immediately. They were very accommodating with our requests. Best of all it was right on Duval St where we could walk just about anywhere. We took the ferry from Fort Myers Beach and when we checked out of our unit they let us leave our luggage there and delivered it to the ferry for us shortly before departing Key West which was awesome since we didn't have to lug it around all day. Would definitely book this unit again with no qualms.

Room was great! loved all the pink. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything we needed. Its newer and didnt have the key west must smell that most rooms inevitably get. Its important to realize you are RIGHT next door to hogs breath. Live music bands play till midnight every night and you can hear every single word. That may be a dealbreaker for some people who like to go to bed before midnight. We loved the location though. Just tried to rebook the same room for November but its already sold out 9 months away! If you're thinking of experiencing this property, and are ok with night time music, definitely do it.

Great location, clean and exactly like the pictures!

Room was very clean and host was very responsive and accommodating. Great location, easy walking to every thing. If I had anything say, it would be the noise, but that is to be expected with how close it is to all the main bars, which I knew and expected that going in. I would highly recommend staying here and will stay again.

There is no parking on site, but the property management assisted us in locating parking nearby. As first time visitors to Key West, we loved the location and security. It is right in the heart of Duval Street making it easy to walk to a multitude of restaurants, bars, shopping, and tourist attractions. We will definitely stay there again.

Came down with several friends to celebrate a 40th birthday. This property always perfectly placed for access to all the bars/shops/ restaurants you might be interested. Check in & out was smooth & hassel free. The room was beautifully furnished, cool, and clean - and the bed was very comfortable. Only downside was it’s close to a bar with live music so I recommend bringing ear plugs - but they stopped playing every night by about 12:30 so it wasn’t a huge issue. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Our weekend getaway turned into a full weeks stay. Place was updated and just like in the pictures online. Convenient location, and staff was wonderful to deal with it. We were able to add on to our stay with no problem. Only thing is since you’re located in all the action- you hear all the action at night if you go to bed before midnight. And sometimes with the heat, the room was a little musty. But very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Birds of a Feather unit! The decor is so perfect for Key West and the patio was such a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the music and vibes on Duval! Richard was so easy to communicate with and made our checking in and out super smooth! We would love to come back and stay in the same spot again!
