    Everything inside Unit was very well arranged. Appliances worked well. (Only the rusting patio table, needs replacing with a full Plastic one) Yet the view from Patio was so lovely.

    Amazing view! Quite loud traffic noise with the doors open but to be expected on the esplanade. The apartment was very clean underfoot which is so rare these days.
