Stayed Sep 19, 2025Warning! Whatever you do not stay here. My daughter and I were visiting California to look at colleges from out of state. We booked well in advance and shared a couple emails back-and-forth with the host/management company. In other words they knew we were coming. After driving from Stanford University and spending approximately eight hours in the car, we arrived at the property at approximately 11 PM on Friday night. We had been instructed to obtain the key and the garage key fob from a lock box that was on the outside of the property. In short, the lock box was empty. I immediately contacted both numbers that had been provided. Eventually, somebody followed up with me and apologized that they had double booked the property. They offered to put us up in a different property on the other side of town for the night. They did not have all of the information for the other property and we were not able to access any of the amenities that evening or early the next morning. We were told that we had to check out that morning so that they could clean it for a different guest. They did not have a property for us to stay at for the second night that we had booked while I understand that things like this can happen the level of customer service we received after the fact has been appalling. They are refusing to provide a full refund…. I would write more but there is a limit to how many words you can have in this section.

Stayed Sep 14, 2025We were very happy with the quiet, private apartment, all its amenities, and the safe parking. I only have 2 complaints: 1) we didn't receive the actual property address or how to access the property in a direct and timely manner. We ended up wasting almost 2 hours looking for the incorrect property address that first given in an email. My urgent calls and texts were finally returned by a property manager, but not before we had wasted 2 hours of the an additional day I paid for so that we could check in as soon as we landed. 2) There was spilled food on the oven floor that had not been cleaned, and when I pre-heated the oven it began smoking, setting off the smoke alarm. Fortunately, I was tall enough to reach the reset button. I then cleaned the oven, but should not have had to. And again, this was an unnecessary stress. Hopefully these critiques will be taken in the way they are meant; as helpful for future guests.
