Stayed Feb 4, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean, orderly, and centrally located—an easy place to use as home base while exploring Scottsdale. The owners were great to communicate with, and the unit was well appointed with thoughtful touches, from a corkscrew to a fully stocked coffee setup. The only thing that felt a little unusual was the parking. It’s either on the street or around the back. I didn’t love parking in the rear because there’s no direct access to the apartment unless someone is inside to let you in through the sliding glass door. Otherwise, you have to walk around the neighboring units, which felt a bit awkward at night. That said, the area itself felt safe. On our third night, there was a noticeable police presence, and we could hear patrol cars driving by throughout the night—but that seemed situational rather than typical. Overall, we had a great stay and would honestly recommend it to a friend. One additional note: all the bedrooms are upstairs. They’re very nicely set up, but if stairs are an issue, it’s something to keep in mind. Thanks again for the stay!

Stayed Nov 20, 2025Disappointed with serious cleanliness issue that affected my experience. A needle with liquid was discovered in the closet which raised major safety and hygiene concerns. Location was convenient, listing was nice but the seriousness of the cleanliness was concerning. When requested support and compensation for an unsanitary and unsafe environment, host and VRBO ignored my concerns.

Stayed Mar 2, 2023Cute townhome in excellent location, close to everything in Scottsdale, including the Scottsdale stadium. Very clean and great communication with the property manager. The reason for 4 stars is the heating in the lower level did not heat as well as the upper level so the lower level was cool in comparison.
