Clean and the manager was very helpful

This host offers a quaint stay for a single traveler like me. No frills but all the basic amenities needed. A short walk to the Metro station is very convenient and since I drove into DC, the visitor parking pass was a great bonus. Most importantly, a very clean living space.

The location is near DC. The apartment is older and there are three flights of stairs to get into the apartment, but our stay was okay.

Great place to unwind after touring DC museums and historical sites. The Stadium-Armory metro stop is only a few blocks away, so it's easy to catch the major lines to the Smithsonian museums, White House, Capitol, etc. We drove in so Sand had a street parking pass for us. That allowed us to visit the second Smithsonian Air & Space location by the airport. Then we drove to Manassas, VA to check out the visitor center before heading back. So we didn’t spend a lot of time here except to sleep, but it was clean, the beds were comfy & Sand made sure we had everything we needed.

Sand is very on top of communicating. The apartment is on the second floor and has two rooms - one bedroom and one living room that has been converted into BR. The apartment was clean including the toilet, shower. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. A bit far if you want to take the metro - it did not matter to me as I had to take uber anyway. Overall I would recommend for single or couples to stay. Probably a bit cramped for families.
