Stayed May 21, 2026Great location and the host was so easy to communicate with. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday so it was the perfect place for us and a few of her friends. Great accommodations for 10 of us. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen, more than enough towels and the noise level wasn’t terrible. I brought earplugs and it was perfect. Will definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

Stayed Mar 12, 2026Best location on Broadway for a large group! Such a great time! If you truly want to experience Broadway and Downtown Nashville there won't be a better spot! Bring your headphones and or ear plugs because it is loud and don't plan on getting much sleep! Great Place and Great Host! So much fun!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025This was a great location and house for a bachelor party. My friends enjoyed the spot but we only had one complaint, house rules. Prior to check in the house manager send a list of rules, requirements, and check in process. Upon leaving the house I was asked to pay an additional fee...there house manager had an added replacement list not sent prior to our stay was was hit with a 250 charge.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Great location right in the heart of Music City!! Everything worked out great for us. We read about noise but the only spot we could really hear the noise was in the front room. Some of our people slept there and said the advertising was spot on. The music stops at 230am and starts again at promptly 10am. The bouncers at the bar were great and we felt welcomed every time we came or went. The little things…. Couches were comfortable, fans in every room and lots of towels. Will absolutely recommend to others!!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024the toaster oven onsite takes about an hour and a half to cook a pizza. might want to look at adding a pizza oven or something like that.
