Stayed Apr 17, 2026We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. Check in was easy. The apartment is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of Five Points. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026We booked Richard’s apartment for our daughter’s sorority parent’s weekend. We wanted to be in Five Points and to be able to walk to as many weekend events as possible. Check and check! It is in a cute neighborhood that is a ten minute walk to key spots like Marker 7, Fully Loaded, and El Barrio. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen, very comfortable king size bed, a wonderful pull out sofa, and two parking spaces which is priceless. Richard was easy to reach and is a lovely host. I recommend this rental for an easy trip in Athens!
