Stayed Jul 24, 2025The host called me after I booked it to review some details which I really appreciated. East check in and the place was spotless. The location is amazing with the lakefront and so peaceful. We enjoyed the wildlife and paddle boarding. It’s not far from town and hit springs either. We’ll be back!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025This is a wonderful place to just chill out under the shade trees, enjoy the lake view from your patio, fish, walk, bike, or have your morning coffee in the cool mountain air. There are 1 or 2 bedrooms available with a nice kitchen and good sized bathroom & shower which also has the convenience of a washer & dryer for you. It's a few miles from downtown but has many restaurants and grocery stores close by. We also took a day trip to Ouray and Telluride. Ray, the owner, lives on the other side and is there to answer any questions or help with anything you may need. He is very hospitable host. We also enjoyed a ride in the Hot Air Balloon and hiked to Treasure Falls. You won't be disappointed in staying on this beautiful lake and this little apartment.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Gorgeous lake front apartment with extensive lawn. The owner, Ray, was the best host!! He helped us put on two lakeside luncheons with 15 guests in attendance both times. He took guests out in his boat and offered lake toys such as paddle boards etc.

Stayed Aug 5, 2022Pacosa Springs getaway. Our unit was right on Pagosa Lake with views of lake And the mini pal borders kayakers and boaters as well as the geese and ducks that were swimming by. Very relaxing.
