There is a screened in porch that can also use as a back entry from the parking lot. There is a private key mail box and also a heated Pool that is for any guests in the Bimini bay Condos .

Thecondo has been fully updated. All bathrooms and kitchen has BRAND NEW KITCHEN CABINETS , There is also Brand new granite countertop and tiled master shower. The Roof on condo complex is brand new and the AC and Heat is also brand new. THere is no pets allowed due to strict rules of the HoA. .

There is a community heated Pool that you will have access to use while you are here.
