Property Note

There is a separate MAIN HOUSE located on the property. This unit is completely independent and does not share any interior spaces, entrances, or amenities with the LOFT. Guests in the LOFT have their own private space and privacy. We simply like to make all guests aware for transparency.

Pet Friendly

Pets are welcome! A $100 pet fee per stay applies to help us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the home for all guests.

This is a fully contactless stay.
All communication, updates, and requests must be submitted through the Airbnb portal only — we do not monitor text messages or social media messages for guest support.

Emergency contact: In the event of an emergency (life-safety or property threat), please call the emergency service number provided in your check-in details.
Phone calls only — texting is not monitored.

Check-In Instructions:
You will receive detailed check-in instructions, access codes, and arrival information 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time.

House Rules & Guest Interaction

Self-check-in is available.

We are available through the Airbnb platform messaging portal for questions or non-urgent needs.

For emergencies or time-sensitive issues, emergency contact numbers will be shared upon booking.

No unauthorized overnight guests – all guests must be included in the reservation.

No unattended children or pets on the premises at any time, for their safety and the safety of the home.

No smoking inside the home.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Garage parking is on the RIGHT side of the driveway. Parking for the LOFT is on the right side of driveway, in garage or on street.
