Belmar/lake Como-Tranquility 3 BR Apartment with Jacuzzi tub , Balcony&Terrace

The hosts of this house went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. They had coffee pods, tea varieties, bottled water, laundry detergent, and even some toiletries there in the event you may have forgotten some. There was no need for an immediate store run as we were prepared to do, this made the first day there very laid back!

This was a wonderful place to stay- it is in a great location just a few blocks from the beach and main street and the hosts were very accomodating and accessible. The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Highly reccomend checking this place out!

The space was perfect for my family to spend time together. Spacious, clean, quiet. Family room was awesome for the kids, big & little!We will definitely stay here again

This is a lovely 2 story rental that was very clean and well kept. Good communication with the hosts. There was bottled water in the fridge and lots of condiments as well as infused olive oils, dried pasta and an array of spices in the kitchen. Plus lots of coffee Kpods, tea and regular drip coffee as well. The countertop oven/air fryer works well. There was also an assortment of shampoos and body washes in the bathroom plus tons of towels. The game room was spacious with fun games. Definitely more for adults with the shot glass chess board pieces but kids could enjoy them too. We hardly heard the people in the first floor apartment.The downsides are the stairs are extremely steep going into the main apartment on the 2nd floor and going to the game room which is on the 3rd floor. We thought about having family over but there was no way my elderly mother-in-law was going to get up or down the stairs. The NJ North Coast railway is directly behind the house. We got there Christmas Eve evening so it wasn't terrible that evening or Christmas Day and the weekend as the trains start a little later and don't run as frequently. But they start pretty darn early (5:30am) on a regular weekday and the horns definitely will wake you up. Our teenager slept through it but the adults didn't. Luckily we're early birds. The trains stop by 11-11:30pm which wasn't too terrible. I wanted to soak in the jet tub but there was only enough hot water to fill up a third of the tub.

Great place for a holiday visit with family on the shore. Clean, everything well kept, comfortable and convenient.

The host was very helpful, and was quick to respond to queries. The host is in a good location with the beach and shops only a quick drive away.

Properly was meticulously clean, up dated and well stocked. Working with the owners was a pleasure

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and checking in and communication was a breeze. Great location, and the beach badges and chairs were great!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Seemless check in, we arrived in the evening. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with so many items that you don't often bring for a short trip. Loved the coffe bar. Lovely bathroom. Really comfy beds and pillows. The 3rd floor Rec-room was a great space with strong baby gate which we appreciated. Giant TV, foosball, shuffleboard tables and super sized sofas. I took away 1 star for the near by train traffic which only bothered us a little and the walk to the beach is a little far. Belmar is a very fun town with lots to do. Mr. Greek was delish!

Beautiful shore house. Extremely cozy and well kept, everything was great from the hospitality to communication with any questions.

Took my girls for a Jersey Shore experience. It was super easy to drive over to the beach and find free parking in Belmar. The 3 bedrooms were excellent and the loft. Window AC worked well. Only thing to know is it’s one lot away from the train. I bring sound machines and with those in place it was a non issue.

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was very clean, and had a lot of extras that I didn't expect. It is in a wonderful location and parking was available. Would definitely stay at this location again.

The house was extremely clean, there is so much space especially on the 3rd floor. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful. The only thing about this property is there is no oven

The split level with tv/game room upstairs is great for those who have those who like to go to bed a little earlier and others looking to stay up later. The hot tub was very nice. A TV in the dining / sitting area would be a plus but not a big deal. The jumbo TV upstairs with lots of seating is amazing.Thanks for a great stay!Regards,Bob

Great price for location and number of rooms plus entertainment! Lots of stairs so keep that in mind. But totally worked for us!

Home was clean with all needed supplies plus some were stocked! Beds were comfortable and the home was quiet dispite having a neighbor downstairs. The home was updated and had plenty of entertainment. Parking wasn’t ideal because you have to park all the way to the right of the driveway but not step on the mulch which is right where you get out of the car.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just another rental house – it was a home, thoughtfully prepared with care and love. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The landlords clearly thought of every little detail and even small touches that made us feel truly welcome. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and very much at home. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended!
