Bellevue Residence #7

The host was easy to contact. I was provided all the details to house prior to arrival. There was a lovely welcome gift upon our arrival.

Beautiful view and conveniently located for diving the southern sites on the island. Everything is well maintained and clean. Gear locker and rinse station are also nice to have. It would be nice if the apt doors had a combination lock instead of having to bring a key everywhere. It may seem trivial to some, but I live in a community where locking my doors isn't a concern, so remembering to grab the room key when I walk out the door in a swimsuit carrying a towel isn't exactly at the forefront of my mind. We'll definitely be back.

Unit was as described. Checkin was super easy. The dive rinse down and lockers were a great amenity. Never a problem parking. The pool and beach were very nice. There was a nice breeze through the apartment, but it was definitely warm in the unit in the afternoon. The bedrooms had sufficient ac. People did save chairs everyday which was annoying but was never an issue. An extra key to both gate and unit would have been nice but we managed. We would stay again..

Bonaire is the best place to push pause. We have stayed in this building twice and would stay there again. The beach accessible snorkeling right in front of our unit is such a plus.

Great view and location! Exactly as advertised with pool and direct ocean access!

Condo is on the right side of the building when looking toward the ocean. This is the best side of the building for picking up the breeze that swirls around the building. Balcony has a clear view (above the neighbor's trees) of downtown where the cruise ships are seen. This is a great condo to rent! We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed/fixed within hours. Good response! This condo has air conditioning in the bedrooms but not in the main living area. It's not a problem during the day when you can have the windows open with a good breeze flowing through. But, at night, with the screens closed, it can be warm. How warm? Well, the low temperature in November (when we went) was about 79 degrees each night. We solved this problem by going to the local hardware store (Kooyman) and purchasing a cheap floor fan for $40. Having that fan blowing on you as you lounge on the comfy couch made the lack of AC in the living room a non-issue. So, would I recommend this condo? On the last night of our two-week stay, we booked it again for a future four-week stay!
