Belle House, Apt 4

Great apartment in a fantastic location. I agree with the other reviewer about the entertainment system. Also, in our case there were no dishwasher tablets, we had to purchase them ourselves. The washing machine had foul water so we drained it and were able to use it twice. Bin liners were not provided either. It's a shame, those details cost them a perfect score from me, hence only 4 stars. The flat itself is lovely, better than in the photos. Location is excellent at just 5 mins walk from the beach. Parking is off-street and allocated so no worries on that front. Also, the beds are cozy and the flat is spacious. Both bathrooms have powerful showers. We enjoyed our week in Filey, it's a lovely town with very friendly people. If we ever return I would book this flat again. I recommend The Lighthouse Tearoom for lovely cakes, the First Catch fish & chips if you have gluten intolerance like myself. Overton Butchers for lovely pies and ham and sausages, etc.

Superb as usual.

This was our third visit to Belle House, twice in apartment 3 and this one in apartment4. The location is very good, easy onsite parking too. The apartment is kitted out to a high standard and given that this was our second visit over the Xmas period, the kitchen coped well with preparing Xmas Day lunch for 4 people! Proximity to pubs, restaurants and the sea front is brilliant. Lot's of choices for shopping, eating and drinking.

Nice flats to stay in. I always try to stay in the apartments if they are not fully booked.

This is by far the best holiday property I've ever rented. Extremely well equipped with very comfortable beds. I've booked for next year during my current holiday

The apartment was lovely. Well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely return close to beach and shops, very comfortable.

No washing up liquid, window cills on stairs needed cleaning other than that it was another enjoyable stay,looking forward to the next

The apartment was spotless as usual, the housekeeper does a fantastic job. We’ve stayed here quite a few times now and it still looks clean and fresh with no signs of wear and tear. Its very well equipped and nicely located in the centre of Filey The only small negatives are: the mattress didn’t feel as comfortable, it felt like you were rolling out if you were close to the edge. It needs another 2 mugs It was a bit noisy outside on Friday and Saturday night, it does have double glazing and isn’t normally noisy.

The property is situated in the heart of the town making shopping easy without the need to park up, also buses, trains, and doctors surgery a short walk away. Larger parking spaces....parking is extremely tight if you have a large vehicle, a welcome pack. and large broom to sweep the floor.

Location, cleanliness, facilities Encourage recycling by providing more dedicated bins in the apartment.

Location was great, property nice and warm Could do with some coat hooks in the hallway for outside coats (although there were some in the cupboard). Television kept breaking up. Would have been nice to have had 2 parking spaces .. But overall a very nice stay

Excellent block of apartments in a prime location. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. This is our 4th visit and we will certainly return. Nothing. Everything perfect.

Good quality fixtures and furniture. Fully equipped for all our needs - you can easily do self catering with ease. Designated parking spot. Excellent location to access all of Filey’s facilities without having to get the car out. Separate bathrooms for the bedrooms. All the equipment has clear instructions on how to use it. The stairs up to the flat. I had forgot to request a lower floor. There was only 2 dishwasher tablets for the full week, we did bring extra with us. The salt pot was empty and I’d forgotten mine. There isn’t much storage in the smaller bedroom so we had to share space in the bigger room, which was ok for us as a family but could be an issue for 2 couples.

The accommodation was 1st class Nothing it was all 1st class

You get what you pay for. A little more than some places but excellent place to stay. Perfect as it is.

Property was lovely clean and modern, had everything that we needed, very well equipped, location was great, good access to everything and having car parking was fantastic. There were no toiletries left in the property as pictured on the photos. We think they might have been forgotten. We had just taken enough to cover our stay so wasn’t too much of a problem but would have been a nice touch. Soap for each bathroom would have been good too but everything else was perfect.

Everything so well equipped and spotless

Cleanliness. Location. Facilities. Private parking a real asset! Pity there isn’t any outside space but the good things about the property outweigh this.
