For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 3m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the basement of the residence.
