Beautifully Renovated 3 bedroom Elmwood Village Apt

Clean and conveniently-located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. We had kids with us and always felt safe. Host was helpful and responded quickly.

this was a wonderful property to stay in for the Raven's game! SO conveniently located to restaurants and bars along Elmwood Rd. One bathroom is a little tricky for 5 people but we made it work. VERY clean! Would stay here again! Thanks Alex!

The home was beautifully appointed, clean and in a beautful neighborhood. It was fun to be able to pretend it was ours for a few days!

Nice. Beds were very comfortable but low to the floor. Street parking was usual okay, but we hated to leave if we had a good spot. Kitchen was nice.

Property was as presented on VRBO platform. Great location, close to all attractions and shopping. Host responded very quickly to any needs or questions. Would stay at the property in the future.

Property worked out really well for the weekend of Sabres and Bills games. Well located, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Street parking can be a challenge.

Great spot for our trip to Buffalo! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location was perfect—walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and more. Quiet, safe neighborhood and a great host. Comfortable and spacious flat in a great location. Very quiet street with beautiful old homes, and walking distance to Elmwood Ave. Perfect for our weeklong stay, and close to all the places we wanted to be - Delaware Park, Allentown, North Buffalo, and more.

This is a charming old house in a great neighborhood. We were in walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a bakery. The kitchen was modern and stocked with everything you could need. The coffee was a nice touch. The beds were fairly comfortable although really low. The living room furniture was a little uncomfortable and that’s unfortunate, because our kids had to sleep on them because it was so hot in the back bedrooms. It was unseasonably hot during our stay and the small portable air conditioning just could not keep up. It was 80 degrees in the house at night even with fans and the little ac unit. Unfortunately the host did not have any additional fans available when we contacted them. The front porch with the fabulous wicker chairs was this spots saving grace. It was the only cool spot to escape to and we loved people watching. It’s such a great and friendly neighborhood.

A comfortable home-base for a stay in Buffalo on a lovely and quiet residential street. The house itself is laid out well, and the amenities were solid. If I'm ever back in Buffalo, I'll certainly stay again!

This place was exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-kept, in a quiet and very cute neighborhood. My only complaint is that we had to pay an extra non-refundable 90 for damage insurance on top of the other service fees.

I usually stay by the airport since there aren't any hotel options near Elmwood. I decided to look on VRBO and landed here. A little more expensive than a hotel but so much more convient. The communication with Alex was great and instructions were very clear. The house was clean and very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of towels, the kitchen was well supplied and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Probably could have used a few more blankets. I would definitely stay there again. house was clean

A great getaway location, on a beautiful road. We loved our stay here. We were able to easily walk to local pubs, restaurants and coffee. The neighbourhood was breath taking with the fall colours and we felt very safe. Our apartment was spacious, tidy and was just as advertised. Highly recommend!!

Nice place on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The house is spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen and a proper shower (not the hazardous stand-alone tub with the 360 degree curtain common to this area) and the host was wonderful. We were in Buffalo during a pretty hot stretch for that time of year but the a/c kept the space cool and comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to place for future visits to Buffalo!

The location of the property was perfect. We have a large family and all were renting homes in the Elmwood Village area. We were very close to my neice who was getting married. My three daughers were all in the wedding party, so that proximity was important. The beds were comfortable (Even the futon!!) and the cleanliness of the home was impeccable! We would definitely come back and rent this home again in the future

Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable temperature. Enjoyed the porch. Beds were a bit low for older people like my wife and I, and the mattresses could be firmer. Very convenient location for museums, restaurants and for visiting with family and friends.

My family stayed here for the weekend in May, 2024. They loved the location and the interior. All in all, good value !!

Nice neighborhood. We had family driving us around so we didn’t have to park in the street which could be a slight problem for others. The location was perfect for our needs & family events going on.
