Beautifull 2 BDR French Suite Almagro w/balcony & stunish view on Quito

This is a beautiful apartment, a real home away from home. On an eleventh floor and with windows on two sides, it commands great views over the city, and even the summit of Cotopaxi on a clear day. The balcony is very small, but so filled with plants that it has the feel of a tiny garden. The apartment itself is both charming and practical. The furniture is comfortable, there are paintings everywhere, and the bookshelves contribute to a lived-in feel. The kitchen is modern and well designed, with a big refrigerator and an induction cooktop, as well as a sink with a view and hot water all the time. The showers are also good and hot, and there’s hot water at the handbasins too. The washer-dryer is large and modern. We had to leave early because of the Covid-19 crisis, and the owner was simply great in helping us with practicalities such as shopping and printing the documents we needed. Things would have been so much worse without her support, and we’re enormously grateful to her. We would go back in an instant!

This was a great location to stay in Quito. The apartment has all the comforts of home. It was close to points of interest, restaurants, and stores. The building was secure with 24hr. security. The owner was responsive and available for questions and interested in assuring our stay went well. We appreciated arranging transportation to and from the airport through her as well. Modern appliances, wi-fi, and Netflix were appreciated as well. This was a great place to stay for our week on Quito.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at French Suite Almagro. Cathy has beautiful taste and her 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Mariscal suite has a glorious view of Quito, along with every possible convenience. The suite is immaculate, beautifully furnished and adorned with objets d'art that make this place magical. The park across the street and all of the cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity add to the convenience and charm of this well-located city apartment.

Very comfortable with good amenities and excellent views. The location was very good for us but a bit of noise with car alarms and dogs barking. May well be the same throughout the city. It would have been five stars if master bedroom had a bathroom.

We were very happy with the quick response since we were booking at the last minute. Catherine (owner) was very accommodating to our travel needs; we only needed 2 nights instead of the 3 night minimum. The condo was clean and comfortable, very secure with a watchman there 24/7, it was perfect for us. Veronica the manager in Ecuador was helpful in letting us store our luggage at her place of work (1 block away) until we departed in the afternoon. We would recommend this place, and will stay there again when we return to Quito.
