Stay and enjoy the beautiful views out the back door of our Virginia Tech home in the hills! A short 10 minute drive to downtown Blacksburg and 5 miles from Lane Stadium. This one bedroom with extra bed, basement apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood & has its own private entrance with lots of room to just relax. Stayed Nov 8, 2024We had a wonderful stay! Very large, clean and perfect place to stay. The bathroom is on the other side of the room away from the sleeping areas so there is no inconvenience if others are sleeping. Great sofa area with large TV and bar area. Perfect location to VT and Blacksburg!

Stayed Oct 25, 2024This was an excellent place to post up for our gameday weekend! The property is clean, accomodating, and the basement is secluded from the homeowners. There were 4 of us (me, my wife, and my 2 best friends) and there was plenty of space for all of us. This was my first time showing my wife my alma mater and having a cozy spot as our home base definitely enhanced the experience. We will definitely consider this place again when we come back!

Stayed Nov 17, 2023In the downstairs area of the property owners’ home. It has a separate entrance at the rear of the home with no shared spaces with the property owners, other than the driveway. Space was cozy and very clean. Location was a very short and easy drive to downtown Blacksburg. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 14, 2022Beautiful views and exactly what we expected. Owner is very accommodating and the basement living area, bathroom, and one bedroom is spacious, clean, and has a wonderful view over the mountains. Bonus is it is only about 10 minutes north of the VT campus, but feels a world away. Would definitely stay here again!
