The property was spacious. Suited our needs perfectly but we had no idea it was up numerous flights of stairs. Not in a great area and not sound proof. But was near easy transportation.

It was great experience! Check in and check out was very easy, and the room felt so much bigger than the photos so thats great. The parking though gets a bit tricky due to how tight it was but it shouldnt be a problem for most of us! Overall an awesome experience, very fast responses from the owner, and very friendly.

I recently stayed at this apartment for a vacation, and overall, it was an average experience. The biggest highlight was definitely the location — it’s in a fantastic spot, close to restaurants, shops, public transportation, and major attractions. If convenience and walkability are your priorities, this place delivers. The apartment itself was just okay. It had all the essentials and matched the listing, but nothing particularly impressed. The furnishings and amenities were basic, and while the space was reasonably clean, the bathrooms could use some fresh paint and grout to feel more comfortable and inviting.Parking is technically available onsite, which is a plus — but be warned: the setup is extremely tight. If you or anyone in the other two units has a larger vehicle, getting in or out of the parking spot can be a serious challenge. It’s not very practical unless all the cars are compact, and even then, it takes some maneuvering.Nothing went wrong during the stay, but there also wasn’t anything that made it stand out.If you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep while you explore the area, this apartment works. But if you value comfort, charm, or truly usable parking, you may want to consider other options.

Good place to be close to public transit and walking distance to nice restaurants. Parking is a plus! The alley is narrow so just be careful. About 40 steps to get to the apartment. Good exercise after eating a delicious Chicago meal.

Overall for location and value this was a great unit for our family of 6. As others have said the parking spot is tight and there are some steps to deal with. That said there was a SpotHero lot right next to the unit for our 2nd vehicle and we paid only 13/day. We were able to walk to most of downtown and always felt safe. We would stay again.

The location and physical space rate 5/5. The unit was very clean. Dan communicated well. This could be a 5-star place with a bit more attention to detail by the owner. As it is it still night be a great stay depending on your needs. The flaws are minor, but they do add up.Our main issue was it being listed as fully stocked kitchen while there many necessities missing. If you don't plan to cook and just need a place to stay then you will be fine. If you plan to cook a lot, as we did, then you will get frustrated. The owner sent over a few basics upon request, but it didn't make up what was lacking. We arrived to find only 1 TV remote for 2 TVs and the one remote had dead batteries. The owner sent a 2nd remote the next day, but not fresh batteries for the 1st remote. Not the end of the world, but a good example of the frustrations that keep this from being a top stay.Aside from furnishings it's a good place. A safe, convenient location. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. The parking is VERY tight. If you have more than a small car plan to park somewhere other than the free lot. Many people mention noises from the night club across the street and the trains. The trains didn't bother us at all. The night club noise only bothered 1 of us and only on 1 night. They are closed half the week. It's important to know the bedrooms are in the back farther away from the street noise and from the trains. We slept great.

mostly was nice, only issue was the cleaner didnt clean previous to our arrival. once we got there at the designated time, the place had not been cleaned. once I called the owner, the crew showed up quickly, and did a quick clean (not super thorough since we were there waiting) and set back all our plans for the day since we went able to use the property until over an hour after checkin. host was mostly responsive, but did not accept any responsibility for our setbacks and inconvenience. the off street parking was tight, but nice it was available. suite was good place to stay. I'm just sour about the arrival troubles with very little accountability they offered me 50 compensation ONLY IF, AND AFTER, I gave them a 5 star review. As you see, I did not.

Convenient 2nd floor apartment with easy access to the city. The Host was quick to respond when questions arose during our two night stay. Our family felt safe with two different key pad locks and a designated parking spot.

My husband, myself and our 4 kids stayed here and loved it! Our kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space. This place was bigger than expected and had everything we needed! We loved the convenience of the trains and the location was perfect! Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow! We would love to come back!
